SHIPPING INFO
For the past 20 years, Outdoor Gear Inc. has supported its local community by sponsoring an annual warehouse sale of winter and hunt apparel as a thank you to the awesome community in which we live and work. For the safety of both our customers and employees, we will NOT be holding this community event at our facility this year but instead offer the opportunity for our community to shop virtual through snowpant.co.
The snowpant.co website is available only to support this community event and is offered for a limited time to Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities.
General
Since this sale is in support of our local community, shipping is limited to South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska. For safety reasons, order pick up at our facility is NOT allowed.
Product is subject to stock availability. We make every attempt to maintain accurate stock counts on this website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products of your order and process a refund for any item(s) that was not in stock.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after receipt of order and are then shipped via UPS to the address provided (SD, MN, IA, NE only). Including processing and shipping, orders will typically be received within 4-7 business days after receipt of order.
If delivery time has exceeded 7 business days, please contact us so that we can investigate.
Upon shipment, customers will receive tracking details from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be applied.
