Return Info


  1. General

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received and must not have been worn.

Items must be returned with all original tags included.

A return shipping label will be emailed to you and the return shipping will be paid by Outdoor Gear. You are required to arrange mailing of your returned item.

  1. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification that we have received your returned item. If your return meets the General guidelines above, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. The refund will be for the value of the goods purchased (original shipping costs will not be refunded). Refund will typically appear on your credit card within 7 business days of processing, depending on the processing time of your credit card company.

All garments are warranted for the reasonable lifetime of the garment against defect in workmanship or materials. Normal wear, abuse, accidents, misuse, etc. is not under any circumstances covered by the warranty. There is no other warranty expressed or implied.
